Proprietary License

1. Ownership

Memoplus App is proprietary software developed and owned exclusively by Java Info Group (“Congolese Xperience”). All intellectual property rights — source code, interface, trademarks, logos and documentation — belong to Java Info Group.

2. License grant

Java Info Group grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Memoplus App on your devices, for personal or internal professional purposes.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• copy, modify, decompile or reverse-engineer the software;
• resell, rent or redistribute the license;
• remove ownership notices;
• use the software to create a competing product.

4. Cloud services

The paid options Memoplus App Cloud ($2.99/month, $15.99/6 months, $24.99/year, $99.99 lifetime) and Memoplus App Pro ($4.99/month, $29.99/6 months, $44.99/year, lifetime on request) are governed by these terms and by the terms of the subscribed plan. The application remains fully functional in local mode without a subscription.

5. Termination

The license terminates automatically if its terms are violated. Upon termination, you must stop all use. Your local data remains exportable via the built-in export feature.
