1. Local-first principle

Memoplus App is designed to work without an account and without sending data: tasks, events, notes and settings are stored in a local database on your device.

2. Data collected

  • Local mode: no personal data is collected.
  • Account: email and (hashed) password for authentication; anonymous social identity (memo_id, nickname) for interactions.
  • Cloud/Pro: synchronized content (tasks, events, reminders) and broadcast content, technical logs necessary for the service.
  • Payments: processed by MaishaPay/CyberSource — the application never sees your card numbers or mobile money credentials.

3. Permissions

  • Notifications: reminders, timer alerts, broadcast receipts.
  • Microphone: only on request for voice dictation, processed on the device.
  • Calendar: only if you enable system calendar import.

4. Sharing and processors

No data is sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Payment processing is handled by MaishaPay under its own policies. Identities exposed to other users are limited to memo_id, nickname and avatar — never an email address.

5. Your rights

You can export all of your data (JSON) and delete it at any time from the settings. For any request regarding your data, contact support.

6. Security

Cloud exchanges are encrypted in transit. Sessions are authenticated by token. The local database benefits from the protections of your device's operating system.
