Terms of Use (EULA)

Java Info Group — Congolese Xperience · Memoplus App v0.1.0 · Last updated: September 20, 2026

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Memoplus App, you accept this end-user license agreement entered into with Java Info Group. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of the service

Memoplus App is a task, sticky-note and event manager that works locally first (“local-first”): your data is stored on your device. Online features are optional:

  • Memoplus App Cloud: backup and synchronization across devices;
  • Memoplus App Pro: all Cloud features, plus task broadcasting to your contacts and groups.

3. User account

Subscribing to a paid plan requires creating an account. You receive an anonymous social identity (memo_id + nickname) — other users never see your email or personal data.

4. Task broadcasting

Broadcasting lets you send a task to contacts (memo_id) or group members. Recipients can mark it done, decline it or add a note. You are responsible for the content you broadcast; any abusive use (spam, unlawful content) may lead to account suspension.

5. Your data

You retain ownership of your data. In local mode, no data leaves your device. If you enable Cloud or Pro, your data is transmitted to our servers solely to provide the subscribed service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the application for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt the online services, and not to broadcast illegal content via task broadcasting or groups.

7. Subscriptions and payments

  • Subscriptions are payable by bank card or mobile money via the payment provider MaishaPay/CyberSource.
  • The card number is never collected or stored by the application: entry happens on the provider's secure page.
  • The “lifetime” plan corresponds to the lifetime of the service.
  • Usage limits (e.g. broadcasts per day) apply according to the plan.
  • No refund is due for periods already started, except where required by law.

8. Warranties and liability

The application is provided “as is”. Java Info Group does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the online services. Java Info Group's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service over the last 12 months.

9. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws in force in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the DRC, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.

Amounts are provided for guidance. Conversion rate applied: 1 USD = 2,300 CDF. Payment is processed in USD or CDF depending on your payment method.
